Facial Reflex Therapy is a gentle holistic and completely natural health modality that uses touch stimulation to address and treat the underlying issues and imbalances in the body.

Facial Reflexology uses precise manual stimulation techniques that work by sending impulses through the central nervous system, meridians and acupressure points and zones on face and head to facilitate and regulate the work of organs, glands, hormones, emotions, improve immune system and to restore brain function.

It is an advanced specialised therapy, researched and developed by Lone Sorensen in 1979 and is based on a Traditional Chinese Medicine 5 Element Theory, Tibetan, Vietnamese, South American Aboriginal ancient practices and combined with latest teaching in modern neuroscience to deliver the best of old and new therapeutic methods to effectively address a wide range of health issues and dysfunctions.

The effectiveness and the success of the treatment is attributed to a careful assessment and face analysis. The aim of Facial Reflexology is to always works towards addressing the CAUSE of the issue or dysfunction and it is a great modality to add to other natural/ holistic therapies.
